1. Pump material

FSB-D type and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy chemical pumps are suitable for conveying acid, alkali, salt, oxidant and other corrosive chemical fluids ( hard particles or crystalline media are prohibited).

The flow components of FSB fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump is made of F46(polyfluorinated ethylene-propylene resin) through reasonable molding, processing. F46 (polyfluorinated ethylene-propylene) is for the plastic as non-metallic materials and has super corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxin decomposition and other advantages. It is the ideal equipment for conveying various strong, weak acid and corrosive medium.

2. Pumps connection

FSB-D type fluoroplastic chemical pump is directly connected to motor (closed coupling)and FSB-L type fluoroplastic chemical pump is connected to motor by shaft coupling.

3. Pumps mechanical seal

FSB fluoroplastic chemical pump is equipped with WB bellows mechanical seal. The mechanical seal has the good corrosion resistance and has no leakage.
