Fully open type impeller centrifugal pulp pump is a new generation of pulp pump developed on the basis of digestion and absorption of foreign advanced pump products, combined with the requirements of domestic paper making and pulping enterprises. Structural characteristics of
1. The pump is a backdoor pull out structure, so it is unnecessary to remove the pipeline during maintenance
2. The impeller adopts three-blade (or six-blade), open-type impeller, with high efficiency and no axial thrust compensation, easy maintenance and no blockage
3. The pump shaft is supported by imported bearings lubricated with oil or grease. Cylindrical roller bearings are mounted at the pump end, and two angular contact ball bearings are mounted back-to-back at the drive end. Increase the size of the shaft to ensure no vibration when the pump is operated.
4. Impeller adopts precision casting and dynamic balance test.
