YCB circle arc gear oil pump is Suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids of similar properties without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive. Liquid temperature is not higher than 80℃, viscosity of 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s(5-1500 CST), as well as for hydraulic transmission systems.

Structural features
This series of gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal, etc. The gear is made of double arc sinusoidal shape. Compared with involute gear, the most prominent advantage is that the tooth profile does not slide relative to the gear during the meshing process, so the tooth surface has no wear, smooth operation, no trapped liquid, low noise, long life, high efficiency. The pump changes the traditional design to make gear pump enter a new field in design, production and use.

The pump is provided with safety valve as overload protection, and the full backflow pressure of safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted separately according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that the relief valve cannot work for a long time and other relief valve can be installed on the pipeline when necessary.

Pump shaft end seal design has two forms including mechanical seal and packing seal, It can be determined according to the specific use and user requirements.
Look from the main shaft to the pump, it is for clockwise rotation.
