ZYB residue oil gear transfer pump adopts self-sealing lubrication with automatic gap adjustment structure. The required parts are made of high wear resistant materials. It has the characteristics of compact structure, good self-priming, high efficiency, strong adaptability, etc., in conveying liquid containing impurities, the working life of the pump is more than 10 times longer than the general gear pump.

ZYB residue oil gear pump is designed with full consideration of its interchangeability with KCB series common gear pump, its appearance, installation size and technical parameters are the same as those of KCB series gear pump. Therefore, this type of pump is also known as KCB series "strong type", in the transmission of lubricating and impurity free medium, it also shows the important characteristics of long life and stable pressure of the pump.

ZYB residue oil gear pump is suitable for conveying medium with impurity and less lubrication in heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar, grain oil, chemical industry, building materials, daily chemical products and other industries with temperature no higher than 200°C and viscosity no greater than 150mm /S.

ZYB residue oil gear pump is not suitable for conveying corrosive sand impurities with metal impurities, particle diameter greater than 3mm, and high volatility and Low flash point medium. Such as: gasoline, benzene and so on.
