GT-TH203 Annealing Machine(Without Cooling)

* Description
Short-circuit annealing machine,mainly for anneal heaters which after reducing. After annealing, the heaters will become soft for next bending.
The machine uses a dry-type transformer,equipped with a pneumatic clamping mechanism to clamp the pipe on the electrodes at both ends, using a low-voltage,high-current to create short-circuit to heat and anneal with metal-shell.

1. Anneal length:200mm to max length according to order;
2. Anneal diameter:6-16mm(need to change mold);
3. With 7-8 grade to adjust voltage according to diameter of heater and material;
4. Pneumatic clamping;
