Our signage digital cutting machine is a multi‑functional flatbed cutter specially built for advertising and signage industry. It supports multiple tool configurations: oscillating knife, pneumatic knife, drag knife, milling tool, creasing wheel, punching tool, marking pen, half‑cut function and optional CCD / top camera for contour cutting of printed graphics.
Adopted seamless steel welded machine bed, Taiwan square linear guide and helical rack transmission. Original Japanese YASKAWA servo motors together with planetary reducer deliver powerful, stable and smooth movement. Imported Dutch 4mm felt mat and honeycomb aluminum adsorption table feature good air permeability and anti‑deformation performance.
Equipped with infrared safety sensors and multi‑corner emergency‑stop switches for full‑range operator protection. Ethernet connection ensures fast and stable signal transmission; high‑flex shielded cables resist bending and static interference. Vacuum table firmly holds various materials during cutting process. It comes with original CZCUT software, also compatible with CorelDraw, AI, AutoCAD and other mainstream design software.
This machine handles sticker full‑cut & half‑cut, fabric lamp‑box material, KT board, foam board, PP paper, corrugated paper, honeycomb plastic sheet, acrylic, vinyl, reflective film, advertising flag and many more. Widely applied for PP display card, human‑shaped standee, roll‑up banner, poster, POP display stand, gift box, traffic warning sign, creative craft models.
