The principle of the glove production line: The glove raw materials are pumped into the raw material tank through a diaphragm pump for mixing and preparation, and then transported to various locations on the latex glove production line for immersion during the operation of the production line. First clean the ceramic hand model with acid, alkali and water; then immerse the model in hot water for cleaning. After that, the clean mold is immersed in the coagulant and other raw materials; the dipping procedure is as follows: First, the cleaned mold is immersed in hot water and heated until it is immersed in the coagulant and dried to be immersed. After immersion, it is sent to the oven for preliminary drying, the fiber inner jacket is added, the hot water is rinsed, and then it is sent to the oven for vulcanization, drying and molding. After the gloves are demolded, they are inflated, inspected, molded at low temperature, dried at medium temperature, washed with water, dehydrated, dried, then packaged and sent to the finished product warehouse.
