PP hollow sheet extrusion line

Ⅰ.Production Line Introduction
PP hollow sheet extrusion line is mainly composed of single screw extruder, automatic feeding system, T-die, vacuum calibrator, take off, annealing oven, corona and cutting unit.
1.Single screw extruder: venting type, advanced PLC temperature control system, to ensure good plasticization of plastic and high output stable extrusion.
2.Die:made of high quality alloy steel,with high activity throttling device,Make the material flow evenly distributed in the die.Differential regulation of upper and lower die to ensure the uniformity of the wall thickness.
3.Vacuum calibrator: two independent vacuum subsystems to make the sheet surface vacuity uniform and stable.
4.Take off: big strength, traction the sheet out of the vacuum calibrator synchronously and evenly.
5.Corona : advanced large area conduction heating type,effectively eliminated the sheet stress, further improve the sheet flatness.
6.Cutting unit: with accurate instantaneous fixed length cutting.
