Wax Recirculation System for investment casting line

The Wax Recirculation System is used to purify the wax liquid drained from the dewaxing autoclave and recycle it. Usually the wax liquid will be discharged through the residual steam pressure from the dewaxing autoclave and transferred by the double-layer wax pipeline to the Wax and Water Separator. After filtering and dewatering through the separator, the wax liquid will be transferred to the Wax Stewing Unit for further removing the residual moisture and impurities in the wax liquid. After the completion, manually open the drain valve at the bottom of the wax stewing tank to discharge the impurities and moisture deposited in the wax liquid until the clean wax liquid is out. Finally, open the valve and put the clean wax liquid into the special wax transfer vehicle to reuse.
