This split‑structure 4‑axis CNC machining centre adopts split‑type welded body, which solves transportation and site‑space limits for large‑size machines. It features high Z‑axis stroke, heavy‑duty frame, and 110‑degree rotatable spindle, supporting 2D,3D,4D engraving, arc‑surface carving, cutting, drilling and milling.
Working area options: 20003000mm / 20004000mm; Z‑axis travel adjustable from 400‑1200mm. Positioning accuracy reaches 0.05mm and re‑positioning accuracy up to 0.02mm. It is equipped with 9.0KW HQD air‑cooling ATC spindle (Italy HSD optional), Taiwan LNC / SYNTEC control system, Japan YASKAWA servo motor, Taiwan HIWIN gear rack, Japan SHIMPO reducer, France Schneider electric parts and Japan OMRON limit switch. Cast iron table is standard; vacuum T‑slot table, automatic tool‑setting device and automatic lubrication system are optional. Max running speed 50000mm/min, max working speed 20000mm/min.
It is widely applied to process foam, lost foam, engineering plastic, deep wood and various non‑metallic moulds. Typical cases include auto foam moulds, yacht & ship wooden moulds, casting wooden moulds, aviation moulds, train moulds, film‑television props, building models, sanitary‑ware moulds and large‑size musical instrument moulds.
