It supports both flat‑plane 2D engraving and 3D stereo cylindrical carving by matching aluminum profile and rotary‑axis worktable. Multiple spindles work simultaneously to boost output greatly.
It adopts heavy seamless‑steel welded frame and gantry‑moving column structure for high precision and stable long‑term operation. Equipped with 6 pieces of HQD 2.2kw water‑cooled spindles. XY‑axis uses German helical rack‑and‑pinion, Z‑axis adopts 2505 ball screw, together with Taiwan HIWIN 25mm square linear guide rails. Drive system supports Japan YASKAWA or Leadshine servo motors. You can choose NCStudio 4‑axis or DSP offline control system, which runs fully offline without occupying computer resources. Operators can master it after simple training. It is compatible with mainstream CAD/CAM software including Type3, Artcam, Castmate and Wentai.
