This 4‑axis 3D CNC woodworking router is designed for complex 3D wood carving and side‑engraving tasks which 3‑axis machines cannot complete. It is equipped with ATC 9KW HQD air‑cooled spindle swinging 180°, supporting 8‑12 tools automatic change. No manual tool‑changing assistance is needed during processing, saving lots of labor time and improving production efficiency.
Working area:2100*3000mm. Built‑up with thick‑steel big square‑tube welded bed and heavy steel gantry & steel pillars for high‑end stable performance. It adopts NK280 control system, Dorna servo motor and driver, Fuling inverter. XY‑axis uses helical rack; Z‑axis applies TBI 3210 ball screw, together with Taiwan HIWIN 25mm square guide rails. The vacuum & T‑slot combined table with air‑cooling pump holds different‑size workpieces firmly. It is fitted with Omron limit switches, automatic lubrication system and independent electric cabinet. Rotary axis is optional for cylindrical processing. The control system is user‑friendly and easy for operators to master.
